路面の状況が周回ごとに変化、深くなっていく轍（わだち）、砂の下から現れるターマック、路肩の障害物を壊すことで生まれる新しい走行ライン。これらの変化に柔軟に対応できるドライビングテクニック、そしてタイヤチョイスがカギとなる。
